One floor plan, and it’s the roomy one
Just eight apartments in two fourplexes on Jackson Street, and every one is a three-bedroom, two-bath. There’s no smaller unit to be steered toward.
Three real bedrooms
Not a two-bed with a den. Three rooms with doors, so a bedroom each, or one of them for an office, a guest room or a craft room.
Two bathrooms
The morning queue for the shower goes away. One can stay with the main bedroom and the other with everyone else.
Space to spread out

How do I apply for an apartment at Clover Creek Heights?
Call or text and tell us when you’d like to move in. We’ll set up a time for you to see the apartment and get you an application. There’s no leasing office and no call center — you’ll be dealing with the owners directly.
